At the union council meeting of 24/09/2016 it was decided to make changes to the principle of traditional assignment of trustees within the various committees. In fact all the trustees must be able to be part of all the committees that interest them to the extent of their interest in the subject or subjects treated and their availabilities.
The novelty is to appoint referrers to relay the requests of the owners and to give them the answers in return. It will also be these referents who will propose meetings to discuss subjects relating to the committees concerned, either on their own initiative or at the request of other trustees or the president
